Shipping Policy (Amazon Fulfillment)

1. Shipping Philosophy

At Regenix Labs, we utilize the world’s most advanced logistics network to ensure your supplements arrive quickly and in pristine condition. To achieve this, we fulfill our orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). This allows us to offer prime-level logistics speed and reliability directly to our customers.

2. Processing and Handling Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

  • Weekends/Holidays: We do not ship orders on Sundays or Federal Holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery tiers within the United States:

4. Packaging Note

Because we use Amazon’s fulfillment centers, your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging (boxes or poly-mailers). Rest assured, these are official Regenix Labs products sent directly from our inventory stored at Amazon facilities.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package via the link provided in the email or directly on our website.

6. Domestic vs. International Shipping

  • Domestic (USA): We ship to all 50 states, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • International: Currently, our automated checkout supports shipping within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at support@regenixlabs.store.

7. Damages and Issues

Regenix Labs is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a replacement.

8. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Regenix Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
